The eight stages move in order: you Confront Reality, then Reclaim Energy, Rediscover What Lights You Up, Define What You Stand For, Reimagine Your Future, Take Liberated Action, Build Your Vanguard, and finally Contribute and Scale.

It blends ancient wisdom — Vedic, Stoic, Buddhist — with modern positive psychology and business strategy. It's not a motivational course. It's a thinking framework for people who are serious about what comes next.

By the end, you walk away with a Visionary Outcome document — your purpose, values, vision, and north star for the chapter ahead. A map you've built yourself.

Two things, designed to outlast the work itself.

The first is a Visionary Outcome document — a living record of your core purpose, envisioned future, signature strengths, core values, and audacious goal. Not a vision board. A precise, grounded document that becomes your compass for every major decision in the chapter ahead.

The second is a practice. Specifically, Kriya — a Vedic breathwork and meditation technique I've been teaching for years. It's powerful during transitions like this one, and useful for every transition that follows. Most people find they return to it long after the course is finished.

The goal isn't that you feel inspired for a week. The goal is that you have something tangible — something you can return to when things get noisy again.

The course is structured around eight sessions — one for each stage of the protocol. You move at your own pace, which means you can work through it in an intensive weekend, or spread it across a few weeks. Most people find three to four weeks works well: enough time to sit with each stage, but enough momentum to keep moving.

Each session includes video content and a series of reflection questions. I'd encourage you not to rush the questions — that's where the real work happens. Budget time to write, not just watch.

The course isn't designed to be consumed. It's designed to be worked through.

The protocol draws on Stoic philosophy, Vedic wisdom, and Buddhist thought — but only insofar as they're useful. I'm not interested in philosophy for its own sake. I'm interested in what actually works when someone is facing a real transition with real stakes.

You'll map your energy, audit your zone of genius, extract your core values, write your envisioned future, and build a clear picture of your next seven-year arc. There are tools here I've used with founders who were navigating eight-figure exits, and with artists who were rebuilding from scratch. The philosophy provides the depth. I've also lived it. I'm a self-made entrepreneur from a working-class background who built and exited two significant businesses. I'm also a trained Kriya yoga teacher, a student of positive psychology, and I've spent the better part of two decades studying what actually causes human transformation — not what sounds good in a brochure.

Yes — but places are very limited. I work one-on-one with a maximum of eight people a year.

The one-on-one format runs across four sessions: a three-hour morning intensive to begin, which includes Kriya practice and the opening two stages of the protocol, followed by three sessions of 90 to 120 minutes each working through the full arc. Total investment is $7,500.
